Click on "dropdown arrow"
Select "Rubrics"

Click on the "Rubrics type" drop down arrow and select the Rubrics

Click on the "Level of performance" to Rename

By clicking on "+" icon new criterion can be added

By clicking on "+" icon new Level of Performance can be added

Click the "Save as template" field to save Rubrics as a template. Rubrics will be saved in the template list and can be reuse and attached to other questions

Newly created Rubrics attached to the question

If modifications required click on "View/Edit" option

Rubrics can also be removed or replaced by clicking on "Remove" option
