Navigate to [PowerSchool Admin](https://passaic.powerschool.com/admin/home.html) and make sure the correct school is listed on the top right corner.

Search for the student from the Start Page

The Date, Time and Author should auto populate.

Select "Discipline" as the Log Type and the appropriate Subtype from the dropdown.

Enter all relevant details in the fields below depending on the incident.

Select a Consequence (Punishment) from the dropdown.

For Suspensions choose - "In School Sus" OR "Out of School Sus"

Click "Search Log Entries" under "Students"

Select "Discipline" from Log Type dropdown.

Click "View". A new tab will open with a PDF of the letter.

Click the Printer icon on the top right corner to print if needed.

Go to the Start Page and select the student.

Select "IN" or "OS" from Attendance Code to Set.

Send the Incidents Reports, Bulletin Report and a copy of the Suspension Letter to Jeff Truppo and Sandra Figueroa within 48 hours of the incident.

Monthly Suspension Reports must be sent to Jeff Truppo and Sandra Figueroa and are due on the 10th of every month for the previous month.
