Create a Course Completion Report

This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a Course Completion Report, making it easy for users to track and analyze learning progress within their groups. By following these instructions, you can efficiently generate detailed reports tailored to specific course categories and learner statuses. Coxcampus

Navigate to "My Learning" and select your Groups, from the "drop-down".

Click on "Reporting"

Select "New Report"

Click "Select Activities by Metadata"

Select "Next"

Click "Course Category"

Choose the course category you want to view.

Click "Next"

On the Enrollment Date Page select "Next".

Choose “All Statuses” and then select Next.

Click "Include Individualized learner completion data" and click Next.

Pick the information to include in the report and clear any options you don’t wish to display.

Afterwards, select "Next".

A New Activity Report Window will appear. Click the "Next" button.

Click the Report Name field and enter a title for the report.

Click "Create Report"

The report will generate and appear in the reporting area. Download the report.
