To create our flow, we'll first select the Not Handled intent from the A step.

We'll then add steps to our flow, to see what intent prompted the not handled message, and what message followed. To do this we'll select the ellipses,

Type "1" to see what happens directly before the a not handled message is registered.

Include a step afterward to observe user actions immediately following the unhandled message, providing insight into post-unhandled message behavior. Click outside the modal to return to the query.

To load our flow, click "Search" at the bottom of the flow setup.

We can visually trace back through user conversations to understand what prompts the "NotHandled" message received from users.

We can also see the most common response to the "NotHandled" message. The "DONT_UNDERSTAND" response is returned 89.1% of the time.
