The next step after creating or logging a prospective tenant in the system is to schedule a showing of the property they want to rent. In your dashboard, you will find the calendar section where you can add this. Follow the Steps below to schedule a Showing of the Property:

On the Dashboard, click on the right-facing "Arrow" under Calendar

Click on  "Add New Event" on the left side on the Calendar Page

Add Subject, Start and End date, select the Prospect, Event details
Choose the property manager/admin that will be showing the property

Make sure to tick the "Send Reminder" box
