Create a New People Profile

Purpose of this Guide: This guide explains how to manually create a People Profile in Imagine when you have a new prospect or candidate.

**When to Create a People Profile** If you have a new prospect who is not yet in your database, you can quickly create their profile directly from the People Dashboard.

**How to Create a People Profile** Go to the **People Dashboard**.

Click the **Create Profile** button.

Fill out the required fields and any additional information you have.

Please ensure you enter valid contact information, such as an email address or phone number, when creating the person’s profile.

Add the person’s work experience. This is important for selecting the right company and verifying employment details. If the person is currently employed at a listed company, make sure to check the **“Currently Working Here”** box.

Click **Save Profile**

**Note:** If the person has a CV, you only need to enter the mandatory details. Then upload the CV as an attachment and select **Format CV**. The system will automatically extract and populate the remaining fields based on the CV content.
