Sources: Aquarium leaks, waterbed leaks, toilet overflows, dishwashers or clothes washers.

Click the "Select date" field to enter the "Date of Loss"

Enter "Affected Area" Notes or Description

Select the Address to populate the fields automatically

Add any contacts required on the project here

Fill out the remaining contact details, including Name, Email and Phone

Once you have added all contacts, Click "Mark complete and lock"

Click "Yes" to confirm contacts have been added. 

Admins can add additional contacts on the project at any time.

Depending on what was designated in the Issue Section, you will have the ability to fill out the Insurance information, or Out of Pocket

Depending on your Project Settings, you may have several contracts or documents that may need to be executed. You can sign in person, or send for a digital signature via email. 

OR Click "Send "Remote Signature" link to the associated Contact

Send "Remote Signature" link to Bob Smith

Click "Send email" for remote signature.
