Click "Create a New Student"

If the KIDs is unknown, check the box, then complete the remaining information on the page.

Complete the information on the second step.

Click this button to add Parent/Guardian information.

Parent/Guardian information will be added to the IEP and forms only if the Primary Contact box is checked.
