Navigate to [Sharpspring](https://illuminatedadvisors.marketingautomation.services/accountManager)

Go to the Advisor instance that you want to add a user to

Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner to go to the settings menu

Click this text field. Type the First and Last Name of the User

Provide a username: typically \[firstnamelastname123\] is available

Type in users preferred company email address

Select "Company Manager" as the user role.

Select the appropriate timezone for the user.

Select the "Do not show me popup reminders." field.

Select the "Do not show me popup notifications when a lead opens a Smart Mail or clicks a link in a Smart Mail that I have sent." field.

Select the "Do not send me notifications for social post or email send approval." field.

Deselect the "If not already setup, prompt user about Mail Sync with in-app messaging." field.

The user should then receive an email from Constant Contact with the email subject "Welcome to Constant Contact, \[First Name Last Name\]. Upon receipt click "Get Started" to confirm the account.
