Navigate to Invoice tab ([https://admin.portone.cloud/invoices](https://admin.portone.cloud/invoices/invoice-form?lastCurrency=THB&lastCountry=TH)) by clicking Invoice in Left Side bar

Click either of the Options as per your choice

Click the "Customer Name\*" field & add customer name

Click the "Customer Email\*" field Enter customer email address

Click checkbox to "Add shipping address to the invoice"

Click "Send invoice via SMS ?" if you want to send the invoice link and details via SMS

Click the "Invoice Description" field & add invoice description

Click "Add Custom Fields (Optional)" i you wish to add custom fields for your invoice

Add custom fields in form of Key-Value pair

Click checbox "Show this custom field on the invoice." (Optional)

Click "Send Payment Confirmation Email to Customer?" checkbox if you want to send confirmation email

Send Payment Confirmation Email to Customer?

Click "Manage" if you want to configure the payment method for your invoice

Configure the payment methods you want to show in checkout UI for your invoice

Click "Schedule invoice date" if you wish to send the link in the future

Configure the date to schedule the link sending

Click "Set Reminders" and configure the reminders

Click the Line items Input and add Line Item Name

Add Line item rate and other details like Quantity, Amount, etc

Click the note title and add Customer Note which will be displayed in Invoice PDF

Click "Add Discounts/Charges/Tax" to add additional charges & Discounts in both Flat/Percentage format

Click "+ Add Additional Note" if you wish to add more notes for your Invoice

Click the "Title" field & add title for you Additional Note

Click the "Description" field & add title for you Additional Note Description

Click "Preview" to Preview your Invoice PDF before creating it.

Once verified, Click "Create New Invoice" button to create Invoice & that's it!

Click Invoice ref from Invoices table to open the Invoice Details page

Click "Edit" to edit your Invoice, Pls Note - Invoice can be edited in scheuled or Draft stage

Click "Update Invoice"  to save newly edited changes in your PDF

You can also view the Timeline of all activities for your Invoice

Click "Download" to download the PDF of your Invoice

Click "Send Invoice" to send your Invoice to your customer. This marks the Invoice status as sent

Click "Remind Now" button to send the reminder to your customer

Click "Duplicate" to create a duplicate of your current Invoice
