Create a Quote Template
This guide explains how to create reusable quote templates to simplify and standardize pricing.

Go to Settings

Click "Templates"

Then click on the + icon next to "Quote Template"

Give your template a clear name, such as "Facelift – Standard" or "Breast Augmentation – Discounted".

In the **Description** field, add any notes that should always appear on quotes created from this template, such as “Payment plan available on request” or "This quote is valid for 45 days"

Next, select the office

Then click **Add** to open the service and item list.

To add a service, simpla choose the treatment provider, the procedure type and then the service.

You can add multiple services and items into the same template.

After adding an item, review and adjust its details as needed — such as **price** and **units**.

You can add discounts, either per item

... or the entire Quote

You have the option to add multiple instalments if you want the patient to pay in parts.

For each instalment, choose when the payment is due

When all details are complete, click **Save**.\ Your new quote template is now ready to use when creating patient quotes.
