In your menu go to CRM and click on "Lists"

Find the list you want to convert

Note: you can also create a new list and follow the next set of instructions once you have saved that list.

You then have 2 options  -  "on a specific day" or "after inactivity"

If you select "on a specific day", you will be able to add a date

If you select "after inactivity", you will be able to set an amount of time

Remember to click "Save" when you are done
