Click "Settings"

Click "Quick Search..." and type "chatbot"

Click the "Queue label" field and add a label

There are a couple of optional options: "Queue emails" & "Inactivity timeout".

Or proceed to click add the "Chatbot first name" and if "AI phrase matching" is on or off. 

You can add a chatbot avatar

Click this dropdown and select what template you'd like to use. 

Finally click "Create Talkative Chatbot Config"
