Locate the publisher that the tenancy payment is for. The Site ID and Organisation Name fields will then pre-fill based on the selected Publisher.

Click the "Reference" field and type your Tenancy Reference.

Click the "Value" field and type the value (amount) for the Tenancy.

Click the "Schedule" field and select the schedule dates that the Tenancy relates to.

Click "Processing date" and add the date that the Tenancy should be processed as a transaction.

Add any other comments, notes, or information about the tenancy agreement to the "Description" field.

Click "Create tenancy", and then confirm again in the pop-up "Create Tenancy".

Your Tenancy is now created and will be visible on your Tenancy Planner.
