Create a free shipping reward

From the Loyalty menu click "Points"

Click create under the "Redeem points" section

Choose "Free shipping"

Decide the points value of this reward. This is the number of points it will cost a customer to obtain this reward.

You have the option to toggle on and predefine a maximum shipping cost this reward can be redeemed against. For example you may want to restrict this reward to a "Standard" rather than "Premium" shipping method.

You have the option to add a prefix code to the discount coupon that is created, this can be used for analysis when reviewing the use of discount coupons.

By toggling on "Reward expiry" you can choose how long the reward is valid for before it expires. In addition you can configure how far in advance you want a reminder to be sent to the customer, that the reward will expire.

If you are on a Pro, Scale or Custom plan you can then toggle on Customer Eligibility and select which tier of customers are eligible to earn this points reward.

Finally click on the "Create" button and this action will be added to your list of points redemtion actions.
