Create a one-page Transaction Escrow Breakdown

      Navigate to Brokerage Engine.
      Search for the Transaction to add an Escrow deposit.
      Click on the Action button.
      Click "Commission Detail"
      Click "Add Deposit"
      The Process Date will default to today's date. It can be modified by clicking on the small calendar icon.
      A Receipt Number can be entered by clicking on the text field.
      Select a Contact from the dropdown menu to be associated with the Escrow Deposit.
      Click the text field to record the amount.
      The Default Escrow Deposit Banking Account will display, but a manual selection can be performed from the dropdown menu.
      Any additional information can be recorded using the "Notes" text field
      Click "Save"
      The Escrow Deposit has been recorded.
      From the pop-up window, click the "Download PDF" button.
      This will create a one-page Transaction Escrow Breakdown in PDF. It will be broken down by four sections:\ Transaction Detail\ Escrow Deposit Summary\ Escrow Deposits\ Escrow Payments
      Revoked entries will not display on the Transaction Escrow Breakdown.
