Select the report you would like and export to Excel, in this example we are using the service set pricing report. 

In a new tab, navigate to a new google sheet. 

Click here "Upload" and select or drag the file you downloaded to upload. 

Click here in the top left corner between the "A" Column and "1" row to select the entire sheet

Go to "Number" and select "Number" to update the formatting on the sheet to all numbers. This will make sure the pivot table can make calculations on all the number fields. 

Click "Add" next to "Rows" to add the items you would like to summarize. 

Click "Add" again to create subsets as needed (sometimes you won't need any subsets"

In this case, customers can have multiple service sets and we want those separate so we are going to create a second row for "Svc Set Id". 

Now we need to add the values, click "Add" next to "Values"

Select the values you would like to summarize. In this case we selected "Current Allowed Hrs"

Click "Add" for as many additional values you would like per row. 

We also added "Avg Labor Hrs/Job" and "Rev/Labor Hr"

You can adjust how each value is summarized by using these drop downs on each value.
