Give the Action a Description.

This helps the assigned user understand what they need to do. Here is where you putting further information of what you are asking the person to complete. 

Assign the Action to a Safe365 User by clicking the user icon.

To upload documents to the Action click the document icon. 

Click "Browse Files" and select the Document to Upload.

Any documents that relate to the action can be uploaded here for the user to view.

To add another Document, Click the document icon.

Click "Browse Files" and select the document to upload.

Once all documents have been uploaded. Click "Add Action"
