Click "Data" in the sub top navigation. Click "Audiences" below data

Tip! This is the name you will assign to your tactic so make sure this is memorable and unique

Tip! Audiences must contain at least one group. Commonly additional groups are used to negatively target converters or layer on demographic targeting. See adding an additional data group below

Click into the search field and either enter your pixel name or a keyword and press enter.

Alert! 
For data type: Behavioral, do not hit "enter" without entering something into the search. This will attempt to load the full library and may crash the audience builder. 

Select the pixel/segment(s) you would like to target

Tip! First-party data includes your image pixels, mappings from universal pixels, click retargeting segments built from your creatives, video retargeting segments built from your creatives, and household extension segments. 

Select the appropriate data group type - inclusion or exclusion of the segments.

Use the red "x" to remove any unwanted segments

Confirm the targeting type is correct. Is = Inclusion. Is not = Exclusion.

Note: 
Segments contained within a data group are OR'd. 
Segments between data groups are ANDED. 

Repeat steps 5-12 to build your additional data group(s)
