Get the appropriate treatment:
> First aid
> Doctor
> Transportation as required

Notify the workplace that
you have had an injury and
seek treatment

Attend the doctor
(dentist if required)

Obtain Workers Compensation Medical Certificate to enable
claim to proceed

Provide Medical Certificate to RRTWC 
or Team HSE Manager

Actively participate in your rehabilitation and return to work process

Stay in contact with your Rehab & Return to Work Coordinator.
(Keep them informed on your progress)

Attend all medical and
treatment appointments

Rehabilitation completed. Provide feedback to the RRTWC /
Wellness Facilitator about how you think your rehabilitation went.

- Workers Compensation Claim to be logged – 
- Coordinate with RRTWC or Team HSE Manager
> Injury Management Consent Form completed

You must try your best to:
> Attend rehabilitation appointments
(i.e. physiotherapy) where possible
outside of scheduled hours
> Participate in development of
suitable duties program within
parameters set by the doctor until
you can get back to normal duties
> Provide new certificates or forms
for the workplace given to you by
your doctor
> Keep your RRTWC informed about
your progress
> Keep your manager up to date with
plans for your duties and hours
