Navigate to [https://gms.idonate.com/dashboard?dash=indicators](https://gms.idonate.com/dashboard?dash=indicators)

Click the "Designated Fund Label" field and enter the name of your fund.

Click the "Designated Fund Value" field and enter your fund value.

Click here "CREATE DESIGNATION" to save your designation.

Locate your "Equipment" designated fund, and click on the grey edit pencil.

Click "Archive" to remove the designation from your website's giving form.

To view archived funds, click the "Show Archived" field. Archived funds can now be viewed and are searchable from the Search field.

Alert! You cannot archive designations if they are the only designation assigned to a specific campaign. Please remove the designation from existing campaigns before attempting to archive.
