You can add icons, annotations, and more to your Fire Plans, including features for passive fire protection, fire devices and other icons. To do so, click the 'Edit Passive Systems Plan' button.

Tip! Fire Evacuation plans can also be drawn in the Fire Evacuation BMIS module.

By clicking on this icon, a dropdown list of Passive Fire Wall types will appear. Other line items can be added to this selection, contact for more information.

Choose the desired wall type and start drawing. Nodes will be created as you click on the floor plan.

Click on the green checkmark to finish drawing.

Clicking this icon will open the list of saved icons. (Contact a BMIS staff member to add more if needed.)

Once you choose the icon, place it on the plan by clicking on the desired location. You can then move, rotate and scale the icon as needed.

Click on the green tick once you are happy with the placement and size.

You can also add labels to your floor plan. To do so, click on the 'T' icon. Write the label, adjust the size and color if needed, and click 'Use' to place it on the image.

Once you are happy with your edits, click on 'Save & Close.'

A notification will ask you to confirm this action. Click 'Save' to proceed.

A sign will appear, confirming that the changes have been saved successfully.
