To create a new segment, log in and go to "Segments", then click "Create Segment".

Give your segment a descriptive name and add a brief description. Next, select the conditions you want your subscribers to meet.

For "Demographics", choose whether your subscriber does or does not have a tag, or if they are in or not in a specific zone. You can further refine your segment using AND/OR options and adding more conditions.

Once you've finalized your segment, click "Save" to start using it in your campaigns\![[🎉]]
