NetVendor Maintenance (NVM) enables sending messages to residents and team users easier than ever, As long as your target recipients (including their contact info) are loaded into NVM, we can use their contact info for sending out messages via email and text (SMS).

Navigate to [https://app.servusconnect.com/app](https://app.servusconnect.com/app)

Click the plus button to create new message to send out.

Add either the Units, Specific Residents, Prospects, or Service Team.

To send to the whole property, stay on "UNITS" and press the box with "Name" next to it.

Now, select the building icon on the top right. This will add the entire property.

You can also add an attachment.  This could be a photo, Document, or PDF. (Optional)

Schedule Send for a future date & time (Optional).
