Here you can see a summary of all the building notes for this building. To add a note click here:

Here you can enter a title for the note and some content. You can also choose if you show the note in the contractor portal. 

now you can see your building note. The green tick shows this note will be visible in the 'Contractor View'

You will then need to confirm this. Note: once a building note is deleted it cannot be restored.
