Enter "Edit Mode" and choose your Workspace.

Click "Properties" in the Content section.


Click the language flag to active multi-language editing.

Edit the name in other languages if needed.

DataFormat(optional) is the pattern for the property values, the meaning of the pattern depends on the use case.

If it's a data type for numbers, you could add a minimal value and a maximum value.
For data type of text, possible value is available for the predefined choices.

Click the list to choose a minimum value.

Click the list to choose a maximum value.

Checking this checkbox means the min or max value is included.

Click "Reference Documents" to add a reference document to the property.

Click "+" the add button to add a reference document to the current property.
