Enter "Edit Mode" and choose your Workspace.

Click "Reference Documents" in the Content section.

Click the language flag for multi-languages editing.

Edit the name in other languages if needed.

Type the definition of the reference document. (Optional)

Edit the description in other languages if needed. (Optional)

Click "Specific data" to change the panel.

Type the date of publication of the reference document.

Complet the "Author" of the reference document.

Complet the "Publisher" of the reference document.

Complet the "URI" of the reference document.

Choose the language of this reference document if needed.

Click the "Save" button to save the current editing.

Always remind to save before you switch to another page.
