In our example we are selecting "Customised".
If you did not select a pre-determined time period, click the field and enter the duration.
By default the meeting will include a Microsoft Teams link but you can choose to toggle this off if its not required
Click "Use my regular meeting hours".
Tip! These are defined in Outlook and normally match your business hours but if you are unsure press 'See regular meeting hours' to check or change these.
    Click "Save".

    Sharing your page

Press "Share" then you can copy the link and give out as you please, for example, share it via email on demand with people. Add it to your Outlook email signature as a line of text "Book time with me".
