Click " New Activity "

For example, I'll select Appointment.

You also have the option to apply Activity Templates. If you have these set up, it will auto populate questions or notes that the person completing the activity may need to answer.

For example, I have a few setup.

The action button will also allow you to send the activity out to the person you're scheduling it with if needed.

Click "Action"

Click Calendar to download the invite to your Outlook or Gmail, etc.

Click Create Invitation Event if you want to invite the person linked to this activity.

Contacts are depicted by the red icon.

You can also select another coworker to attach this activity to if needed. They'll receive an email and on screen alert.
