Click on "Approval Groups" in the sidebar.

This would allow you to set-up any approval groups you want to use throughout Kurtosys.

Click on the '+' Icon to create a new "Approval Group"

Once you have selected the '+' Icon, a slider pannel will appear, where you need to complete two fields in order to add an Approval Group.

The first field is the Approval Group Name, which is used to identify your Approval Group when setting up your Commentaries, Disclaimers or Document Production Workflows.

The second field, allows you to add existing users to the Approval Group.

Click the "Search users" field and start typing the user's username or email to see it populate with potential matches.

Click on the username or email that you want to add to the Approval Group. You can add multiple users to one Approval Group.

Once you have selected all the users you want to add to the Approval Group, you can select the "Save" icon, to save it.

Once the Approval Group has been saved, it will be added to your list of Approval Groups.

The Approval Group can be edited in the future, by selecting the Edit icon on the right.
