Navigate to the "Bot Configuration" panel.

Here, choose the Instagram account (in case of multiple Instagram accounts connected) for which you want to create Ice Breakers from the list.

For example, we'll choose the account "Zeus" from the list.

Now, click on "New Ice breaker" to create new ice breaker automation.

Click on  "Add" button to add 1 ice breaker.\

Please note, you can only add up to a **maximum of** **4 Ice breakers.**

Now, add the trigger phrase or ice breaker.\
\
For example, Shop Now, Help/Support, I have a Query, Can I get more info on this?, etc.

For this example, we have added "Help/support" as 1st ice breaker.\
\
Next, we need to choose/create a flow for ice breaker.

Click on "Create New Flow" to create a new ice breaker flow. \
\
This will redirect you to the flow builder page with certain option pre-configured.

As you can see here, Instagram and Ice Breakers are pre-selected here as platform and type of flow.\
\
You can attach a google sheet by clicking on the "Add" button to get the customer responses captured in the google sheet in real time.

Now, click on "Continue" button to move to the next step.

Next, click on "Ask a question" to add your first message/response for the user.

Now, there are 3 types of messages.

1. Simple Message : To send only text messages without any buttons or media headers.
2. Media Message : To send media message like image or video.
3. Button Interactive Message : To send text message along with image header.

Create a flow something like as shown as below.

Once you have created the flow, click on the "Deploy" button to deploy the flow.

After clicking on deploy button, you will be redirected back to the Ice Breakers page.
