Creating Manual Orders

Navigate to [https://app.weengrave.com](https://app.weengrave.com/?statusFilter=action-required&page=1&perPage=10)

Click on "Create Order" in the top-right corner.

Enter a full name for the shipping address.\ Enter the customer's phone number. Leave it blank if not available. If you would like the order to be associated with a specific order number from the marketplace, enter it in the "Order Number" field. Otherwise, leave it blank, and we will generate an order number. Once all information is entered, click "Next Step.

Enter the full shipping address and click "Next Step."

Click on "Add Product+"

Enter the SKU of the product you would like to add and adjust the quantity as needed.

Check product pages to find the correct SKU: <https://app.weengrave.com/products>

In the personalization section, you can enter the requested personalization or any information associated with this item that may be helpful for future reference. This information will not affect the fulfillment process and is for your convenience only.

Click "Continue" to add the product to the order.

If you need to add more products to this order, click "Add Product." Otherwise, proceed to the next step.

Click on "Add Order+" to complete creating the manual order.
