Click "Quest" under Account Template field

Copy and Paste organization in Business Name

Under the Contact Info Menu, copy and paste information of the Authorized Signer from the contract.  

Insert website from contract or Hubspot information.  

Click Ownership Percentage and enter 0.  

Select 8398 for Industry MCC. 
Copy and paste mission statement from website of the organization in Business Description box.  

Scroll down and Click "When Service Provided" under the "When is a Card Charged" drop down.  

Click "30 Days or Less" for "Services Generally Provided in" drop down. 

Click "30 Days or Less" for "Refund Policy" drop down.  

Click "0-7 Days" for "Product/Services Delivered In" drop down

Click "100%" next to "Online" Mode of Transaction. 

Paste rates from contract for V/MC/D (usually all the same).  

AMEX will have a different rate. Usually already auto filled at standard 3.5%.  

Double-click this field and update to what is listed on the contract. (Usually from .5 to 1.5%). 

Input ACH Transaction Fee from contract (usually .30 unless high volume customer than will be less).  

Click "Email Link for Digital Signature" on how the Contract will be signed.
