Creating a Call Checklist

Click "Settings"

Click "Checklists Management"

Here you will see any existing checklists. To edit an existing checklist, click the pencil icon. The remaining steps apply for creating a new or editing an existing checklist

To create a new checklist, click "Create Checklist"

To make it immediately available once you click save, select the "Enabled" field.

Enter a name for your checklist. This is not visible to end users. Instead, users will select a call type and the corresponding checklist appears

Associate the checklist to a call type

You can only have one enabled checklist associated to a call type at the same time. If you wish to add more call type options, refer to the [input field configuration guide](https://imagine-ai.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/204000071575-how-to-configure-field-labels-and-dropdown-options)

Click "Add Option"

Type in the first checklist item that will appear in the checklist. This name is visible to end users

Decide whether the checklist option should be "Manual Only". If an option is set to manual only, then users can type notes into this box during a Teams Meeting.\ \ If a checklist option is not "Manual Only", then on Teams Meetings, our AI bot will populate this field automatically based on the real-time transcript. After a call, a user can always add manual notes.

For Zoom Calls, all checklist options are "Manual Only" currently. Once Zoom Phone allow us to access the call audio in real time, the boxes can be populated automatically.

If you have not selected "Manual Only" you must provide a description of the information you want the AI to extract for this field. This helps the system understand what to look for. For example, for a field named "Total Package", you may write something like:\ \ *"Capture any details related to the candidate’s current salary, remuneration, daily rate, hourly rate, or any other form of financial compensation"*

Add as many options as desired

Once you are finished, click "Create Checklist" or "Save" if editing

Note the new checklist is now available and showing as "Enabled". Users will be able to see this checklist next time they are on a call and select the relevant call type
