Creating a Coupon Code – Hana POS

Hana POS allows businesses to create and manage discount coupons for in-store and online orders. Follow these steps to generate a coupon code successfully.

### **Step 1: Access the Hana Dashboard** - Navigate to [**Hana POS**](https://hanafloralpos3.com/Dashboard/Hana) and log in.

### **Step 2: Open Configuration Settings** - Click the **Configuration Icon** from the **left menu**.

### **Step 3: Go to Settings** - Click **"Settings"** to access system configurations.

### **Step 4: Open Order Entry Settings** - Click **"Order Entry"** from the settings menu.

### **Step 5: Access Coupon Details** - Click **"Coupon Details"** to manage discount coupons.

### **Step 6: Add a New Coupon** - Click **"Add New"** to create a new coupon code.

### **Step 7: Configure Coupon Settings** - **Choose Discount Type**: - **Coupon Percent** (e.g., 10% off) - **Coupon Amount** (e.g., $5 off) - **Set Coupon Limit**: - Defines the **total number of times** the coupon can be used across **POS and website**. - **Set Coupon Minimum Order Amount**: - The **minimum order amount** required (excludes **sales tax and delivery fee**). - **Leave "Coupon Used Count" blank**: - It will be automatically updated as customers use the coupon. - **Apply Date Validation**: - **Enabled** → The **Start & End Date** is based on the **delivery date**. - **Disabled** → The **Start & End Date** is based on the **order date**. - **Display on Website**: - Enable this setting if you want the coupon to appear on the Hana website.

### **Step 8: Save the Coupon Code** - Click **"Submit"** to apply and activate the coupon.
