Navigate to the "Contacts" section in the top banner of LendingPad

Click "Company" or "Personal from the dropdown. \
**Company:** Will be available to all users at the loan level\
**Personal:** Will only be available to the user that added the contact

**Note:** System contacts cannot be edited or deleted

Navigate to the General Information Section and enter the "Contact Name". This is the name of the Company associated with the contact.

Enter the "Short Name". This is a shorter version of the Company name.

Click on the "Contact Type" field to enter the type of contact you are adding ot the system ( i. e. Title , Hazard, Closing Agent).

Navigate to the Address and Contacts Information Section to enter a point of contact. ( person at the company who you will be ordering through)

The "Department Name" can be left as "Default" to indicate the primary or default point of contact at the company

Enter the name of your contact into the "Point of Contact" field.

Enter the point of contact's mobile phone number

Once all applicable information is entered for the contact, click the "Save" button in the top right corner of the screen.
