This guide provides the process for creating and managing groups within the Arquella Connect platform. When devices are grouped it means that if a call is raised on one, you can reset the call on any of the other devices within the group. E.g.: You have a call point in Bedroom 1 and a call point in the En-suite for Bedroom 1. You can group these devices so that if the resident raises a call within the en-suite you can attend the call or reset the call using either call point.
