Click "Settings"

Click "Personas Management"

To edit an existing persona, click the pencil icon
Note, if you change a persona or assign a user to a new persona it can take up to 5 minutes to sync the changes across their profile. To expedite this, ask the user to log out and log back in

However, to create a new persona, click "Create Persona"

Enter a name and description for the persona

Select the appropriate options for your persona

Click "Save Changes"

Click "Assign Users"

Select the users you wish to assign to this persona

Click "Assign Users"

If the users are already assigned to another persona, you will get a conflict error. If you wish to continue assigning them to the new persona, click "Continue"
