Select the relevant invoicing method for your agency

If you run a PEO/PAYE model for your agency employees and want to invoice your agency for any employment costs and a payroll fee, select yes

Select the employment costs you wish to invoice your agency for

Select the appropriate Payroll Fee Method you wish to invoice your agency for

If you want to create a tiered fee structure, click on this table icon

Enter the upper limit for the first tier. This upper limit is the number of employees from 1 to this number who will be invoiced the fee mentioned just below\

In the below example, if you process 1 to 100 employees Nxsys will raise an invoice of £5.00 per employee to your agency

If you invoice your agency by site, select By Site here

Enter your site or branch name, create a code and select a VAT rate applicable to this site or branch

If your site uses the same invoicing details as the agency, leave this box ticked. \
If your site uses different invoices details as the agency, untick this box
