Navigate to <https://blaze.today/windows/?ref=U9KQVGFN>and log in.

Click on the big plus sign in the upper left corner to create a new snippet.

Click the "Label" field.  Replace "New Snippet" with "Call to Order."

Click the "Shortcut" field and replace "do" with "cto." Leave the backslash in place. All shortcuts must begin with a backslash.

Click in the text box with "Replace me with the text you want to insert..." Replace the text with "The meeting was called to order."

Replace me with the text you want to insert...

Now, click "Try it out" to see how it works!

Type /cto in the box that appears and you'll see the entire sentence populate on the screen.

Now, open up a Word document or email and type /cto. You'll see the same sentence automatically typed out for you.
