Creating a New User in Imagine

Before setting the user up in Imagine, ensure they exist within your Microsoft / Azure tenant. If you are unsure, please ask your IT department for confirmation

Click "Settings"

Click "Users Management"

Click "Create User"

Enter the user's first and last name

Enter the user's email address they will login with

It is important that the email address matches exactly with the work email address used to login - if you are unsure, please ask your IT department for the users "User Principal Name" or Microsoft Entra email address

It is recommend to set a persona. Please refer to the [persona management guide](https://imagine-ai.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/204000071417-how-to-create-a-new-persona-and-assign-users) for further information on how to create a new persona if required. It is also recommend to set a reporting team. Any activity for this user will be logged against this reporting team. If you need new reporting teams creating, please email support@imagine-ai.com

If the user is expected to make placements, it is recommended that you upload a deal song. This will play when a placement is made. For further information refer to the Deal Flash guide

You may wish to also fill in optional fields such as booking links or phone numbers, depending on how you have configured workflows or signatures
