Navigate to [https://app.projectmark.com/client/crm/opportunities/board](https://app.projectmark.com/client/crm/opportunities/board)

Click the "Project Team Name" field and add the details related to the function of the selected team

Click here to add a new team member associated with this specific team function

Select the associated team member by clicking the selection box next to their name.

Click "Add Team Member" at the bottom of the pop-out window

Click the "Add Project Role Here" field and stipulate what their specific job role will be in the project team

Click the start date and select the date of commencement.

Choose the appropriate date on the pop-out calendar and it will populate this on the main project team view

Click the end date to select the projected completion date for their job role.

Click this field to search by name or project role or any related information for the project team or members.

This button will allow you to filter and sort your view based on name, date and adjustment dates for the team and members.
