Click the "Plan name" field and enter your plan's title.

Click the "Plan label (optional)" field and type in a short description of the plan, if needed.

Click the "Amount in USD" field and input how much value you would like the plan to have in credit that can be used at your store(s). 

Click the "Discount" field to set the discount amount for the plan (how much money a customer would save by purchasing this plan). 

You can also edit or delete existing discount plans using the 3 small dots on the right of each created plan, on the same page.
