To view and add new timesheets, select 'My Timesheets'

From here you can see what status all outstanding timesheet groups are in and you can add a new one by selecting 'Add my Timesheet'

A Timesheet Group is created for each week, with individual timesheet lines for each job/project worked

When adding a new timesheet, give the timesheet group a name.

To add a timesheet line, select 'Add under the heading Timesheets.

The 'Type' is what type of work is being done, if it's a normal shift, a break, training, holiday ect.

Select a project from the dropdown and from the calendar view the date and time of when the event started.

If you are not adding time to a project you can leave this blank.

You can optionally give the line a title so that you have more information 

In the category field, you should enter the pay rate for the timesheet. \

To add more timesheets to this group select 'Add'.

and again fill in all the relevant details

Once you have added in all the timesheets for the period you are doing, select 'Save timesheets" 

At any time you can save your timesheets and then come back and add to them as long as you haven't submitted them.

When you are ready to submit, Select the green bar 'Submit to OCU One now'. 

Before submitting, make sure you are happy as once you have done this you are unable to edit your timesheets unless they have been moved to Draft or Denied by either your Manager or Payroll.

Select 'Done' when you want to exit the page.
