Go to the main dashboard and click on "Settings."

Search for "Work Order Invoice" in the Company Settings & Addons.

Click on "Enabled" and then update the settings.

Navigate to the Maintenance tab and open "Work Orders."

Create a new work order (WO) to generate an invoice against that. To do so, click "Add Work Order."

Enter all the details required for creating a new work WO.

Add the item against which you need to create a WO.

Add any linked inventory you would like to add to a particular WO.

Select location for the linked inventory.

In the "Added Service Items" section, you can view the costs related to the WO you just created. You can add service charges, sales tax, and shipping costs to the WO and update the table accordingly.

To create an invoice for the WO, go to "More" → "Create Invoice."

Select "EZO CMMS Default Template" and then click "Ok" to proceed.

After clicking "Ok," the work order invoice will be generated and automatically saved as a PDF on your device.

You can also customize the work order invoice template to suit your business needs. Simply click on "More" to get started.

Now click "Printout Templates" and then open the "Work Order" tab.

You can access the Invoice Designer, which allows you to customize your invoice template by adding details relevant to your business. After making your changes, simply click "Create."

Additionally, you can include customer information in the invoice by editing a WO. Open a WO, click "Edit", and then enter the customer information in the "Customer Information (Bill To)" field.

Creating a Work Order Invoice in EZO CMMS
