Creating a department within an organisation

Navigate to https://your_imagen_domain/
Log in as an Administrator
Click "Admin"
Click "Manage users/groups"
Click "Manage organisations"
Select your Organisation
Click "Create department"
Complete the department details and select the "Attribute name" dropdown Select the attribute name that will place users in this department. Then supply the attribute value, in this example: managers
Click "Create" to add the new department
Now we have created our department, click the name of your new department to edit details
We have used the attribute value "manager" to identify users of this department. Click the "Configured list of groups" dropdown. We now select "Administrators" and click "Add"
