A new customer can be created in two scenarios.

1. When there are no matching customers
2. There are 1 or more matching customers based on First Name or Surname only

Click the "Phone" field and enter the required phone number.

If there are no matches a warning will appear 'No matches found'.

To create a new customer, click on 'Create a new customer'.

If customer results do not provide the correct customer, refine the search by adding additional details like surname, phone or email
