Select which a calendar that the staff should have access

Select the staff name from the list of employees

Select the staff name from the list of employees under Column access

Choose access for staff on selected column bookings.

Choose access for staff on bookings spanning both selected columns and other columns.

Creating a new user login with Staff only role and PINs enabled
