Once you login, Click a time on the provider calendar

Click this Duration and add in number of hours provider is working. I entered "8"

You want it to repeat Monday through Friday so click the repeat textbox.

Click this dropdown and change day to workday for M-F.

Click this text field and change the date for 3 to 5 years ahead so you don't have to change it daily. I added March of 2028

Now we are going to add a lunch breaktime for the dr for 12-2. Click "12:00"

Click this dropdown and change to "Lunch".

Click the duration text field and change the 60 to 120 for "2" hours.

Click this checkbox because you want it to be a repeating event.

Click this dropdown and change day to workday.

Click this text field and add a date 3 to 4 years ahead.

Click "Save" and your provider calendar should now be ready to add patient appointments
