Fill out an appropriate name for the event e.g. Summer Camp June 24

The DUE DATE is the date the payment will be TAKEN from the parents' account. This must be set in advance of the event start date. If the group is required to make payments in advance, an agreement should be made with the GSL regarding these due dates.

Fill out the cost of the event, please use the calculator spreadsheet to add on the necessary fees for OSM

If you need to create multiple payments for an event e.g. a deposit and 2 payments, please follow steps 6-10 again entering the appropriate values.

Fill out the Event Name & Location Fields, Please use the same name for both the event & online payment.

Specify the Start and Finish times for the event

If applicable, specify an attendance limit then click Next

We recommend setting the confirmation deadline at least 2 weeks before the event.

Enter the event cost, this should be IDENTICAL to the online payment configured earlier.

Make sure Attendance changes is set to "Not Allowed"

Click "Invite via Parent Portal" This will automatically send an email to each selected member asking whether they would like to attend the event.

After inviting members to the event. Each member will receive a unique link asking them to login to OSM and confirm whether their young person would like to attend the event. After logging in they will need to follow the steps below.

Click the event name under "Pending Events"

From this page the parents can select Yes or No.

If yes is selected the system will automatically charge parents based on the payment schedules configured above.
